Return on the Same Day of Delivery:

All returns must be made the same day the floral bouquet is delivered.
Our customer service team must be contacted within 24 hours of delivering the bouquet.

Conditions for Return:

Returns will only be accepted if the bouquet arrives severely damaged or contains significantly fewer flowers than specified on our website.

Damage or Unsatisfactory Delivery:

If the product arrives damaged during shipping or in unsatisfactory condition, the customer must not accept delivery and must contact us immediately through the contacts mentioned above.
